Policies

No sessions will take place until they are either pre-paid before the day or paid at the beginning of the session unless otherwise discussed.  A deposit may be required to secure your spot.  No refund will be given for cancellations on packages given 6 or less days before the start of the program. Cancellations on sessions within the program must be within 48 hrs of the session unless in the event of extreme weather (heat or cold that presents a danger to humans and pets, road closures, hurricanes, tornados, dangerous winds, ect.)  or emergencies or the session will be counted towards the package. Absolutely no dog with out dated rabies vaccines or titers testing over 6 months old will be permitted to participate in training until after vaccine requirements are met. No harassment of any kind will be tolerated (to the humans or dogs), in the event of harassment all sessions and programs will be terminated with no refund. All payments must be made as discussed on time for training to resume.
